POSITION SUMMARY:

We are searching for a highly motivated Sales Consultant and it might just be you! You will have an established sales territory and provided training and guidance. Our sales teams have the opportunity to attain and grow business in the exciting Wine and Spirits industry. We offer training and guidance to assist our sales teams in reaching their maximum potential.

Job Description:

Consistently be in contact with your customers; handling any issues in a timely manner

• The ability plan and execute sales initiatives; making effective sales presentations
• Search out and nurture new accounts
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals will be great for you and the business!
• Merchandising: focus on display size and location, shelf standards; counters; windows, product rotation, etc.
• Inventory checks, along with efforts to minimize ordering mistakes

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience preferred
• An understanding of wine and spirits is highly preferred
• Individuals with strong accounting, computer, customer service, and interpersonal expertise preferred
• Must be a results-oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills; uses diplomacy and discretion. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various programs including presentation software
• Familiarity with assigned territory is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle
• The position requires the use of a personal vehicle

Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and Human Performance testing.
